These young men carry forward the mission, proving that those who were once guided can become the guides themselves. Through campus leadership development, community service, and professional development, Collegiate 100 members build the skills and networks needed for lifelong impact.

Leadership in Action

Collegiate 100 members participate in Campus Leadership Development programs, lead Community Service Initiatives, and engage in Peer Mentoring Programs that connect them with younger mentees. Professional Development Workshops prepare them for career success beyond campus.

Continuing the Legacy

By bridging the gap between youth programs and full membership in 100 Black Men of America, Collegiate 100 ensures continuity of mission and creates a pipeline of committed leaders who understand the power of service.
